SimOps

When planning simultaneous operations (SimOps), spatial proximity can be an important safety aspect. For each planned job, the area affected by the work can be marked on an overview map. Other work that is already planned for the same day on the site is displayed with markings and detailed information. This makes it possible to recognise at an early stage that neighbouring work may not be able to be carried out at the same time. In a live view, you can also see what work is currently being carried out on the company premises and how many people are working there.

Labour inspections

Regular supervision and checks are planned for many jobs. You can record important information directly during the on-site inspection using a short questionnaire in the application. For example, the understanding of the work, safe execution or correct work progress is assessed, but any problems that arise are also recorded. As the checks are linked to the information from the risk assessment, an evaluation can be used to identify problem areas when carrying out certain work or when working with external companies. In future, such work can be carried out more reliably and safely through improved planning or additional training measures.
